Sarah Thompson is a marketing, PR and media professional who has worked extensively throughout the St. Louis region for more than 20 consecutive years.
After returning to St. Louis after working in England at the BBC, she began her marketing-communications career with a St. Louis-based PR and brand reputation management agency.
In 2009, Sarah branched off on her own and founded Sarah Thompson LLC. Today, she partners primarily with arts and cultural institutions, purpose-driven nonprofit organizations and small businesses that are looking for thoughtful communications and marketing leadership and high-quality creative execution.
In addition to her marketing and communications work, Sarah is a three-time Emmy® Award-winning producer and six-time Emmy® nominee, receiving two awards for arts & entertainment stories and one for a commercial campaign.
For the past 17 years, she has served as the on-air events contributor for KMOV’s “News 4 Great Day.” Since 2008, she has also been the host and producer of STL TV's monthly program “City Corner,” which also airs locally on ABC30.
Her TV experience also includes serving as host of STL TV's “STL Live,” segment producer for HEC Media's “State of the Arts,” host of Charter Communications' “I Want More,” community contributor for Nine PBS's “Stay Tuned,” and on-camera work for both local and national production companies.
Sarah also produces independent media projects for clients, ranging from performing arts commercials and institutional videos to social media video content, sizzle reels and internal training videos.
